Today's introduction will be Roswell, the denpa alien from outer space, umm... St. Iris. Based off the now defunct Roswell Railroad that operated until 1921 in New Mexico, her overall design references the famous Roswell incident.

the galaxy theme in his outfit is likely a reference to his real-life counterpart's work, "Night on the Galactic Railroad," and the alternate outfit is from one of the Galactic Railroad events in the game.
