A day of trying not to stress on irl things lead to wrapping up this whimsical retelling of the legend . A throwback to my love of comics, and in particular samurai rabbits (much 🖤 to )

A fun retelling of one of my adventures in

I've been very fortunate with my Shiny luck. The other day I found 5, and only 1 was from an outbreak. I've gotten at least 1 shiny every day, and it's been fun to always be ready for a fun surprise. ^^

On the other hand there's anime's version of retelling the deities such as the fate franchise and records of ragnarok. I like how ragnarok gave buddha a modern look and his fangs. And let's not forget about Tiamat.

Behold, an epic interview with the epic Nicola Griffith. 10,000 words about: SPEAR; hypnogogic writing; Whitby Abbey; scratch 'n' sniff autobiography; the good, the bad, and the ugly of Arthurian retellings; real forests, forests as metaphors, and more...

it is 5am and over an hour since I finished 's 4hr stream about his boi Connor de Launcet. And apparently, their retelling of bluehairboi's story was what I need to finally finish up this idea! Lines are from Seventeen going under by Sam Fender

I think it's really telling two two decks in yugioh I've been playing to death recently are both extremely budget, and also both have a funny underworld theme. One is a retelling of Dante's Inferno, and the other is just a bunch of funky dudes

⛰PROYECTO OCELL⛰ (O el Osel para los sevillanos)

⛰Pseudo retelling que se parece ya muy poco al cuento original.
⛰Magia retorcida, de la que se te mete bajo la piel y hace daño.
⛰Mucho anhelo y recuerdos (y muaks, muaks).
⛰Señoras que pegan hostias y dan abrazos.

We know one thing for sure - 's retelling of Pinocchio is going to be special and will uniquely stand out among the adaptations of this classic tale.

just showed the dragon quest movie for the first time. it was my third time watching it and it never gets old. dragon quest v is such a good story and the movie is a gorgeous retelling with a cute twist. i love it so much 😭

Here's my thesis on each of the aforementioned movies.

"Call Me Tonight" is a horny, almost hentai OVA that's actually about recovering from sexual trauma (and from a male perspective at that)

Charlie's Angels Full Throttle is a retelling of Paradise Lost

AI = Book of Genesis
