Muttski is Sonic's pet dog from the Satam cartoon who was roboticized alongside Uncle Chuck. He was carried over to the Archie Comics, deroboticized, and due to the Super Genesis Wave, was turned into a Mobian dog.

He now goes by the name Ben Muttski and is Chuck's apprentice.

When you realize 90% of Scourge the Hedgehog appearances in the Archie books was between issues 160-197. Besides that, the 4-part Scourge Lockdown in Universe, and a couple other tiny appearances I guess, like in Sonic's thoughts in issue 236 after the Mecha Sally shit went down.
