This happened to me a few months back! I drew a piece in one sitting and my paint program crashed when saving. Thankfully I got a screenshot before the error message popped up! It's a bit fuzzy, but at least it wasn't 100% lost 😅

Still PS3 but it was the end of the ps3. You already had to stay outside of some fights in The Void Ark because if you attend the fight (Dog&Tree) your console crashed and you couldn't come back for a long time and ppl kicked you out so you had to try to clear it again.
