One common thing I hear about Kojima’s art style is that she has “same face syndrome” with a lot of her characters. And while I mostly agree, I feel like it’s a disingenuous statement. Kojima has drawn a myriad of characters with very unique faces.

fluffy lore: but guess who were really close as cubs only to separate and beat each other up as rivals in the future?
Yua had to leave Iza after some sad events happened- but she never forgot to try to put a smile on sad people's faces.

"Fufu, now that the curtains fall upon the festivities I must recover well. Master and I worked quite a lot to make such dazzling gifts. I fear with new faces... I might be swayed by inspiration!"

"Faces we call our enemies becoming our allies isn't uncommon. But..."

(I honestly can't stand to see their faces. They scare me. I remember everything! I've immortalized their deeds! But if I can save humanity and keep my friends safe... I'll have to accept that hand.)

2.5 Anya (Spy x Family)
I love me a dumb disaster child like her. I love her shenanigans and failed ploys to "saving the world". And she really does deliver on the daughter dynamic for Loid and Yor. Plus the legendary meme faces.

I fuckin hate this. people keep brushing it off as "oh its just an art style" even though it is just a excuse to make fun of peoples faces. that and whenever POC are drawn its always SUPER racist

i hate it >:(

Dark circles under their eyes! I've had permanent ones since I was eight, something I used to be really self-concious about. Now I just think of them as part of my general vibe.

For my characters, I think it adds more interest and more nuanced expression to their faces. https://t.co/mHPTv2bLnQ

Art Train Choo Chooo!
Thanks for tagging me

I'd say my art consists of bold lineart, warm tones, and a lot of faces.

Another old favourite, long tailed tits .They seem to come out in force over winter. I love birds, and these chaps have such friendly little faces.

Happy Thursday x

Made this as a Christmas gift this year for . Could be improved but overall I'm getting better at drawing human faces.

This will probably be my last new art piece of the year, but I will post the 12 covers I made this year before the month ends. Happy Holidays everyone.
