His real teeth are retractable and are hidden deep in the skull. He can also pull his lips back to fully reveal them.

one small thing that doesnt reeally annoy me, but does kinda make a small twinge in my head is when people make art of Chahut and dont realize that the red marks are actually her teeth fangs, i mostly see people put it as the red being part of her face makeup. its not a big deal

So your pointy teeth are canines, the four teeth between them are incisors. Your canines ARE your fangs, so vampire fangs would go where the canines are, not the incisors. Otherwise it kinda just looks silly and wrong, like true blood vampires. Examples below.
