Looks like it. Koraidon is a high-handle motorcycle and Miraaidon is a modern electric motorbike.

Koraidon's braids are the handles, chest & tail the wheels, and legs the engine exhausts.
Miraidon's head-thing is the wing visor, chest & tail the wheels, and even has engine legs.

He's greedy, expressive, funny and cartoony, while also being a powerhouse with moves straight out of Wario Land.
