This is my entry of the competition!
I thought this was a big challenge for me, lots of new things done and learned.
I hope you like him!
Took me a long time to complete, but it was definitely worth it!
I even have a little backstory...

Every few months I have to draw my persona with new skills I learned. She’s really been my favorite comfort oc through the years. I’ve loved developing her and using her as my persona. It’s made me feel so confident in what I do as an artist ❤️

Thunk... Thunk... Thunk...
The automaton, the "Dandy" model she had learned. lumbered into the the city. It had been 7 years since they last walked through an actual real city, with actual real other people. Her excitement almost made up for the dreadful smell.

It's making us cautious. It's making us reinvent ourselves and learn from our mistakes. It's making us care for others. And most importantly, we're here. We're still striving.
Be safe and love your family and friends. Help others and educate them. Share what you have learned.

Version 2. Still prefer this way over watercolor, but I did use some bits I learned. Need to work on lineart again though, it looks to thick and solid.

It was probably 2011 when I got my first graphic tablet. Ever since then I was drawing almost every single day to eprove my sckills. Unfortunately, I don't draw as much as I used to, but I'm definatelly proud of myself and what I have learned.

This is the part of the drawing where I found myself stuck at. The linework was needlessly complicated and took a stupid amount of time.

Lesson learned.

Don’t forget the little things, what you have now, and what you’ve learned. These help mold you to who you are now after all!

My Sinon drawings over the years. There's so much I learned. Subtle but effective stuff enough to see progress. Just shows that with practice and no quit, improvement is guaranteed!
