It's sexist how gets a hard time b/c it centers around a girl's right of passage, puberty, being boy crazy, etc. Yet you have movies like which is more graphic. I really enjoyed it's relatable & cute.

I saw so much of myself of Mei in me, literally with my panda art.
Lucky I had a mom that was pretty trustworthy of me as a teen, but regardless the portrayal of developing+stumbling through puberty really hit me hard.

I can’t think of any off the top of my head… I guess wanking more commonly… non the less it’s ridicules to act like periods are “too gross” even though thats the one part or puberty that you need to learn for health reasons
