The art style looks a LITTLE like "Family Guy" to me, but not that much. It's clearly the result of network executives wanting the Scooby gang to have a comical redesign. Of course, HERE's the Scooby gang in the real "Family Guy" art style.

So yea, this is Adrian the Echidna's sister Kiyoko, As you can see I changed her hair and color ETC.
The new design of Kiyoko will replace the old design

She might look like Emilia, but was inspired by Emilia from Re:Zero bc of her redesign.
