It really does resemble that genus in its external appearance, except that it has rather unusual hand morphology with a huge prepollex—an absolute giveaway of Anodonthyla!

was in a mood to draw myself as a pear-shaped thylacine
or alternatively: what staying indoors and eating a year's supply of peanut butter and jelly uncrustables does to a mf
Cladoselache is great and all, but thylacocephalans are seriously wild. An extinct class of predatory arthropods w/ enormous eyes, known from Ordovician to Cretaceous. Here's amazing material of the Jurassic Dollocaris, w/ reconstruction by Andrey Atuchin https://t.co/6IULVFlvYg
@glowingferret R I G H T !!! Like, I went my entire life having no idea what prehistoric life was like on Australia, aside from hearing about Thylacines, rite? Yea well there was a fucking "MARSUPIAL LION" called Thylacoleo that was also huge & had insane teeth?? HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS??
Real talk it's wild that I've gone from less than 100 followers to 1k in the span of 6 MONTHS
Kudos to the friends I made along the way
Kudos to the many artists I have gladly purchased art from
And KUDOS to @/QueenThylacine, who sold me the character adopt that started it all💙
@KlNGPlNE Kama (saber) is a sassy badass, Tobias (thylacine) is pudgy and fun-loving, Euphoria (wolf) is a kind and strong video game nerd!!
@smolpinkcat Thank you for the opportunity!
