Krita is an option as well. It is a free, open-source, cross-platform app. Not as snazzy as Clip Studio, but it makes big leaps forward with crowdfunding. Has vector, perspective tools, etc.

I finished a piece for one of my friends, Binx having been a friend of mind for some time.
