I'm not sure about the lines I just got this off the internet and imported it on the app, but for the folds(unless it's not cloth folds) I think that's the minimum, here's mine... I'm not sure about the other artist you've seen but this one probably doesn't fit your description.

Next request done if not a little rough. I am working on cleaning the lines up but haven't posted anything this week so this is more of an update. I do like the new design but it will never beat the SF2 version. That was and always will be perfection!
