Their name is Jazzy and they're a whole dork obsessed with cosplaying "someone from an old cartoon they once saw."
What a coincidence that I forgot to prepare one beforehand and had to make it during Isaactober both this and last year, haha... What is more, both of these were made on October 14th so this can be considered a redraw.

@Lord_Percocet I do animate but charge per hour of work. I usually do icons in less than an hour. Because there are so many emote people I didn't prepare an emote example but here are examples of how I draw. I would charge you 10 usd per emote and do a buy 3 pay 2. I draw daily from 2pm to 9pm
