An ancient tale tells of a huge school of koi swimming upstream the river. After a hundred years of jumping, one koi reached the top of the waterfall. The gods recognized the koi for its perseverance and determination and turned it into a dragon, the image of power and strength.

瀧の甲骨文字と小篆での字体。
龍と瀧の関係はどのように解釈されてるのだろう？
蛇やドラゴンを忌み嫌うジョージア人にwaterfallは漢字でwaterとdragonで表されると言うと随分と面白がられた。東洋では龍は正邪両方の属性を兼ね備えると説くと「rive god Haku!」と言う。
なるほど、駿の影響力凄い。

Sometimes I'm just playing a game for fun and notice something for the first time. Composite blending gives these leaves the Sonic waterfall transparency. Was this intentional?
