Yeah. The only explanation I can think of is, since that really was Tsugumi entering Shibuya with Mr Mew & not a vision, is that Shiki must've made another Mr. Mew as a result of Coco already stealing the OG one. The Mr Mew Shiki has even looks different from OG Mr Mew
