For eyelashes: Add another layer and clip it to the base color. use a lighter color to seperate each lashes. Then add another lighter color for the tips of the lashes. Blend the harsh lines with a color in between the two colors (just use eyedropper to pick the color)

Sure! Why not? Here's Shizuka. One warning! If you want to draw her sword, be warned that the design on the character sheet with the aura is wrong, so the correct design is on the drawing where she slashes the background. Its an older design, that's why.
