There entire reference for Earth is Della, a 90s girl, so that led to their extremely heightened 90's looks. I experimented a lot with outfits for them, sketches I don't have, but I DO have the sketches for the designs I settled on.

I'm not really sure if I like the outlines, but I think they look a little weird without them. I also don't really like how Crono's face turned out, and there's a lot of different brushes I experimented with... I'm not sure. Here's a version without either.
