It isn't a surprise I have a ton of unused/scrapped character designs, mostly of the humanoid monster variety. I've actually tried to revive the first gal's design many times but never got farther than a sketch. From 2018, last two are from 2017.

Not sure if this has been widely seen, but I just stumbled on this supposed concept art for an unused symbiote version of Moon Knight in Web of Shadows. Pretty cool

I know I'd remember them if I saw them in-game, I even reviewed footage of various age frame by frame to check but no, they're nowhere to be seen.

The original concepts of Tengai Makyou III (Far East of Eden) when it was originally going to come out for PC-FX looked pretty good. Not complaining for what we got in the end but its a shame these designs got unused, a similar fate to FFIX early concepts.
