Gonna talk about an old Obscure TMS anime here. Secret of Cerulean Sand(パタパタ飛行船の冒険). This was a 10 million dollar project Involving SEGA/TMS and WOWOW(Broadcasting channel). The projects main goal was to further increase SEGA's Presence in South Korea and southern Asia.
