my favourite part of "Over the Top" is when everyone started chanting "Over the top" in the least subtle manner. It really matched up with the movie poster.
My biggest issue with this LB was how Chen Gong and Han Xin never seemed to interact much on the strategic level. I was seriously hoping for some manner of a battle of wits between these two. But no, Chen just kinda existed and Han Xin is more played for comedic effect.
