Just some minor adjustments to the main reference of the best girl, mainly fixing the weird neck part of her cloak and making the hat look more like what it should, and adding back the stripes to her skirt 👌

Then a quick adjustment to unify the darker areas. From there I duplicated everything that was done up until that point, and merged that into a copy with everything combined. I set that layer to "screen" to accomplish the glow effect.
