I know Trigun was probably an influence on Devil May Cry but sometimes I wonder if DMC5 was an influence on Stampede, Vash's design feels almost reminiscent of DMC5 Nero, the big puffy coats and more casual look at least.
(also both characters are voiced by JYB in english).
