Day 2 Majima in a dress. I thought Goromi might have had a taste for pink since the 80s.

A T shirt design I made for the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society back in the late 80s.

By the way, I believe the extra "G" in the name "ABOMIGNARBLE SNOWMAN" is a reference to the the Abominable Snowman being GNARLY. Ya know, like the ski slopes of the 1980s.

California artist and photographer Steven Arnold, whose gender and mind bending takes on imagery from classical mythology and religious texts caused quite the stir in the 80s.

By the way, Gunbuster has an erotic game created by the production company itself. The fact that otaku culture is tolerant of ero hasn't changed since the 80s. The director of this work is famous for Evangelion.
Hideaki Anno himself is the director of this erotic game.

I agree completely with Mike in recommending the Comico series of Jonny Quest comics from the mid-80s. If you can find them, the best are the three issues of Jonny Quest Classics (1987), all written and drawn by Doug Wildey adapting three JQ episodes!

I started to watch The changeling (1980) last night, after mentioned horror films from the 80s. I had to stop. It was too scary, though in a very understated way ... which is the best way. I'll try a little more tonight.

One the final Joe’s is a personal favorite: Wetsuit. Fun story, my original Wetsuit was lost on the beaches of the North Sea in Scotland back in the 80s. I had buried him & forgot where. had to say goodbye as the tide came.

Now watching Killer Party (1986) It's fun and so damn 80s. It starts off as a movie within a movie, then there is a full-length hair metal music video, then the actual movie starts. Most of it is a typical college comedy, then it turns into a slasher, then a possession movie.

Warriors - S/T

Surely one of the few Serbian/Canadian metal bands of the 80s.

How about a Gillian Anderson who’s half Margaret Thatcher and half Agent Scully for today’s . Might start watching the 80s. tonight

Möbius concept art for Sorsha (Joanne Whalley) for the movie "Willow". Again with the "Asian fusion" thing. Very 80s. Very. If Möbius can have off days, so can the rest of us. So important to take chances, to risk failure.

A reconstruction of a Highland gentleman warrior of the 1680s. A lot more dandy than the popular imagination allows. Note the quality of his musket, and that it lacks a trigger guard. Scots gunsmiths were skilled and had an aversion to trigger guards apparently!

Drawtober 2020 Day 20: Time Travel

Not only is Judy making good time with her time traveling, but she gets to meet an AU of herself from the 1980s. An incredible experience for this lass!

Hi!Harry(*´`*)💕
Thanks a lot asalways.
Jeremy Driesen was Lou Christie's drummer in the 1980s.
Betsy Schoellkopf’s parents were Arthur Schoellkopf and Jessie Gluck
Everyone looks really fun and happy with Lou Christie.
And the illustration was drawn by Robert W. Richards!.....
