In the west? Yeah maybe, but the lack of interest in P2 seems to be a western-only thing. I've been told before that the older Persona games are still fondly remembered by the Japanese crowd, so I'm pretty sure a remake of P2 would sell decently well.

static shots for detail... I like how it obfuscates the models further and adds to strange old game feel, and it works well to separate characters in a crowd, since I'm only using like, 8 colours for them. and I like how it works with shadow. but... will think about it
