Here's my hectic hellion, Cozmo Sputtergear! He's got a knack for flames and a nose for trouble! His head is also mostly empty.

He has 15 (+1 that I forgot) imp companions! They're all pretty chaotic, in their own way, but chatoic nonetheless.

Now, what's odd about said JP+EU release is that apparently, if played in Japanese, the SF2 anime is omitted entirely. Furthermore, the cover also shows that this release was rated CERO 12 instead of 15, which pretty much confirms that (EU got the same 16+ rating the PS2 one got)
