"Brave Ballerina" is a beautifully illustrated book, by Michelle Meadows and Ebony Glenn, telling the story of Janet Collins, the first African American Prima Ballerina at the prestigious Metropolitan Opera. You can find it at the Teacher Development & Resources Library.
