The dead giveaway is the little backgrounds that are on the face pictures. You can't do layers like that in MS Paint. Gimp, while not nearly as good as photoshop, is free, and lets you do layers.

I know this is a bit old, but I wanted to answer. With the add-on alone, unfortunately, no (unless you got friends who'll help by dressing as you) But with a little photoshop, you can. the add-on even extracts the character for us.
