No, He is a lycan and his snout simply looks like that cause he already has that nose in human form. In my story I don't wanna them to look like the common werewolves with full wolf head cause I wanna them to express emotions.

Imo profiles are kinda hard to do, especially when doing this "snout" thing, but I think it comes down to head height; how long the nose reaches downward, how high/thick the upper lips, and subsequently the mouth, is?
Like these ones I might have made the nose a lil too big?
