This Badnik was to be put into the original ‘Sonic 2’, but was removed once Hidden Palace Zone was taken out of the game. Numerous bits of concept art was released for him by Tom Payne. Now known as ‘Stegway’, it was added back into Sonic 2′s iOS port in the new secret zone.
