Here is the complete sprite bank for those generated faces! As you can see, there are 4 varients for each element: eyebrow, beard, ear, mouth, nose, throat, chin, and eye. And 4 hairdos, each stored in a bit layer of a 4x4 sprite. We use palette swaps to adapt all to the explorer

Usual Watcher break with an NPC, the fey lord and River King, aka Watcher's grandpappy... because I still gotta draw campaign things if not Watcher.

Bar the beard, his design comes from Tome of Beasts, which is A+ & I love it.
