That is the issue here. I denied the usage on my art and then a piece which resembles my art was generated
It's not something that I could compare to someone incorporating aspect from my art into their own. I got my work replicated manually, but credited. It is not the case here

I had to inpaint the top of her head, her left arm and her tail which made a loop + details.
I needed 20 txt2img tries to find a good base pic because of mouse. Base pic looked like this before CFG tweak + img2img & inpaint & manual editing.
