might as well re-scan it since I have a MUCH better scanner now than I did 20 years ago.
Fun fact: the most twisted part of this is the paper itself. The edges bended so much that I had to push down the scanner cover by hand (too much water for the aquarell paper).

Combining all of this info, i created this tissue example which gave me a sense of my highlights, shadows, brain and vessel texture in one combined area (sorry for the crummy quality, my scanner is bad)
