Chicken Stock

Step One: Roast some carcasses and chicken wings. Tossing in some onion, garlic, ginger, and bay leaves couldn’t hurt. I’m using grains of paradise, black pepper, and whole allspice. Thyme and rosemary will go in on the next step.
