tip time - "Fade"! I've been using this feature constantly ever since I learned about it. Really useful for toning down an adjustment/filter/effect or even brush strokes.
Hit CTRL+Shift+F or Edit > Fade to do this, as demonstrated by the blueberry below :D

It exists and it's super satisfying to draw. Again, it adds depth to your artwork! Don't be scared to experiment with this one, but using real models is SUPER helpful!
