Why are we calling it "Chip's bracelet," not "Chip's collar?" 🤨

When Chip wore it, it was a "collar." When Sonic wears it, he does so as a bracelet.

We put "Chip" in the name of the item. And "'s" at the end of the name to show it was his possession. (A collar!)
