It def has its faults and feels grindy so I see why a people will be put off by it. But it's charming and you can tell the writers had a lot of fun. MySims Agents is probably the most ambitious title. I really like the concept art and dialogue in it.

Aside from that, I wish XM and MR were more distinguishable. One may argue that they have different clothes and (slightly) different hairstyle. But as someone who's face blind af, I can't tell who is who without looking at the dialouges.
