Most likely Navy Blue. It gets confused with Black depending on the lighting. Cause if Ryuko is in a brighter setting, then it's Navy Blue, but in a darker setting it's Black. Like i said it's depending on the lighting.

I was so hooked on the arcade version of Rygar.
Never saw a home/console version that really appealed, until this crazy cool version or Rygar for AGA Amiga's turned up last year out of the blue. (I just love new old games.) 😋

She has a pretty consistent red/blue motif, yea. Her Mystic Eyes have a crazy color going on but it's also mostly blue.
