What are some job classes that you can only get from one series/system? Not counting homebrew, because they make it a point to bring those things to other places.

My favorite comic book creators are ones who both write and draw their own work. One of my favorites who has yet to make something I didn't enjoy is Matt Wagner. From Grendel, Mage, Trinity, and The Shadow: Year One, even when he steps back and just does writing he kills it.
