The scientific name for Breadbugs is “Pansarus Gluttonae”.

‘Pan’ typically means bread, the suffix ‘-sarus’ is used to refer to reptiles, and ‘gluttonae’ just comes from glutton.

So the Breadbug’s scientific name basically just means ‘Fat Bread Lizard’.

A problem I had was I liked the colour classes on the land, but I found the sea classes made the world look too artificial (LEFT) so I made a WASH of using the calculated DEM for just the SEA DEPTHS (RIGHT). This gave the water a more organic look and the land a scientific feel.
