in this shot there's something you can do for lighting these tvs, firstly that will be pretty bright cuz there's a lot of them, you can make a rim light on your model and that will sell it well, you can also make a light pointing to all of those tvs, to not make them dark.

the way i apply color is a bit different as it's just the result of combining a bunch of overlay effects together but steve world is very much one of the examples i keep in mind with how id like my art to look from a color standpoint

Started a redraw of a Ringo sketch I did back in September. Experimenting with the shading assist tools added in Clip Studio Paint and I'm liking it a lot so far!
