not to be "that guy" but is your icon traced/heavily references of my mask icons? i dont own the idea but if you did id appreciate it if you changed your icon as i really dont sit well with people who do this with my art. :S

There have been a few videos where people have traced and/or copied my animations without credit (examples provided).
Would I be able to use the copyright takedown form on these? I’m not sure since they haven’t directly taken the video, but still directly copied.

but it is poorly, but surely traced. Gotta be super oblivious to not see that even proportions match. Like, compare the heads, the camera hand, where the waists are, etc.
so it's not just a pose/inspiration anymore

Had this been completely redrawn? Traced then coloured in? Or has the head just been added? Tissyman's signature is evident on the redone pic (near left heel) but not on the original. What do you think?

Doesn't look stolen to me. If you're saying it's the pose, poses can't really be stolen. The only way to really steal a pose is to trace it and it is quite obviously not traced. As proof that it isn't traced, here is an overlay thing. I lined up the chins for this.
