Yuu Reiko! Her quirk is Ghosting which lets her turn up to ~90% of her body invisible/impermeable. She "haunts" shady places & loves to prank people. She collects high school uniforms and sneaks into different schools to scare kids! Disembodied legs are her fav prank!
