It was really cool how at one point, Mario and Sonic both had that one extremely early 2000s as fuck sports spinoff series that had unique designs for the cast and a 2D art style that never saw the light of day again.

Which style do you prefer?

Here's some more. Now you may recognise a few of my OCs, namely Junior & Jony Starking, who had dumb names back the and were originally conceived as the nephews of Mario & Luigi, when I was in middle school in the late 2000s. Makes me feel old...

D.E.B.S. feels like a mid-2000s live action Disney show, but with an actual queer relationship at the middle—it seems like a miracle that it even got made, though the tiny budget is evident throughout. I wanted to like it more but I'm glad it has a cult following anyway.

2009 vs 2019

2009: Drawing of my Panic! at the disco fanfic characters
2019: Last finished drawing channeling 2000s nostalgia, seems fitting!

Please ignore the fact this is late. Halloween costume time! Mao Mao is Samurai Jack, Badgerclops is Cyborg, and Adorabat is Buttercup. All characters from Cartoon Network in the 2000s.
