Doesn't look stolen to me. If you're saying it's the pose, poses can't really be stolen. The only way to really steal a pose is to trace it and it is quite obviously not traced. As proof that it isn't traced, here is an overlay thing. I lined up the chins for this.

I've traced once, I think, for just a portion of a piece. Maybe I partly copied and partly traced. I figured you can't reasonably own the concept of hands on a coat in a certain way, while also having cuffs and a particular sleeve.
Still bothers me sometimes, even if it's fine.
