@Guslivesagain For all Seasons would be a nice reintroduction to Superman in live action with the adaptation completely leaving realism and the jesus comparisons that Snyder projected onto him and fully embrace the character being a beloved hero that were all inspired to be.
John Wick is the obvious comparison point to make, because guns or whatever, but the John Woo "partners-slash-rivals of opposing ideology + maybe they're gay" dynamic fits the series like a damn glove
