istg my methods change every time
1. Lineart, flats
2. Monochrome shading
3. Colour layer
4. Colour lineart (do bg too)
5. honestly try to do lighting and overlay in moderation at the end but i always ignore my own advice
6. (I always forget!) texture, colour balance, blur
