Depends on the style. For example, used 3 different apps to create this one from scratch.. One is vector based, to draw the basic shape. Others pixel based apps.

I think i peaked with . I have (for days now) extensively been tweaking tags/settings to finally perfect something akin to a style.
It's struggling a bit with lighter skin tones (which is unusual), but it's getting there.
