Miss I brought chalk to the sandbox. Interesting techniques! J crushed it with a rock and some students used the sand sifters to grate the chalk! This process was so intriguing, we brought it indoors. (M looks like she put in a full day’s work...it was only 10am!)😄

Experimenting with using my darling chalky brush as a more proper lineart brush, and I think it came out pretty alright. Might try bolder lineart next time though. I tend to like my work more when I use thicker lines.
