I tend to keep my expectations realistic, so I don't get disappointed often.
A couple that did massively disappoint me are the latest in 2 of my favorite series' of all time: Dissidia NT & SoulCalibur 6.

Honorable mention to the majority of fighting games I've bought since 2012

A neat Special Episode that while not on the same height as the main series as a whole feels like just another episode that could've been in it's airing run.
A bit disappointed as I had expected something else, but by no means bad.
